* 1 page = 400 words

Overnight services are not available to files over 15 pages in length; 2-day services are not available over 25 pages; 3-day services are unavailable over 35 pages; 7-day services are unavailable over 80 pages.  Rush and overnight fees are never applicable to the same document.  To find out how many pages you have in your document, see the word-count feature on whatever word processor you use, and divide the number of words (not characters, not paragraphs) by 400.

Payment can be made via PayPal to the email address listed on the Contact page or in person, if that is an option for you.  Credit cards are also accepted, via the Paypal invoicing system.  If, for whatever reason, this is not an option for you, I will also accept
cash or check, made out to "Polished Quill" and will provide you with a mailing address.

I require a 30 percent down payment before I begin any work on a submission; you will receive a full invoice with the returned document, and it is up to you to look over it for any mistakes.  Payment may be completed in any manner you choose, no more than 5 days after the author's reception of the edited document.  Failure to pay within that time period will result in a late charge of 5 percent [of your total price] per day.

If circumstances cause me to be late in returning a submission, I will deduct the cost of one page per day.  Overnight requests that are not met will have the overnight fee deducted, or receive a full refund if the author chooses to withdraw the submission entirely.
