Once you have read through the guidelines for your submission, please contact me - the information is provided here.

After I have received your submission, you will receive notification from me to let you know, and once I receive clarification of your down payment, I will begin work - the waiting period begins from the date listed within my email, not the date of your sending it. Please keep in mind that this is an entirely manual process: no automated email is involved, so please be patient.

All files are saved to my hard drive, so I will always have a backup copy of the edited version should you need it in the future. Emails are saved to a folder, so if necessary, I will have a copy of your original.

You will receive the edited version within the waiting period, unless otherwise notified.

I request notification once you receive the edited version of your submission so that I know that you did indeed receive it; technology is not always trustworthy, and returns have occasionally been lost during the return process.

If you do not receive it, at latest, two days after the approximated return date, please contact me to let me know. The return may have fallen through, but if I do not reply by the next day, then I have likely been delayed in some way that keeps me from business.
